    Your Home Loan Toolkit: A Step by Step Guide – New for use after 8/1/2015
    Required to be provided to all applicants applying for a loan to purchase a home. On August 1, 2015 “Your home loan toolkit: A step-by-step guide” will replace “Shopping for Your Home Loan: Settlement Cost Booklet”. Your home loan toolkit: A step-by-step guide is a concise booklet that guides home buyers through the home loan process. Co ntains interactive worksheets, checklists, research tips, terms, and conversation starters to help home buyers shop with confidence for the home loan that suits their needs. Displays the Closing Disclosure to help home buyers become comfortable with the document. Written in plain, straightforward language, it is a must-have for potential home buyers, realtors, mortgage brokers, bankers, and others who need to explain the home loan process.

    HUD’s Settlement Costs Booklet
    Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) regulations require each lenders to provide the HUD booklet to all applicants applying for a loan to purchase a home. It provides applicant with information to take the mystery out of the settlement process, so that the applicant can shop for settlement services and make informed decisions. English and Spanish versions are available.

    Consumer Handbook on Adjustable-Rate Mortgages Booklet
    Lenders are required by Regulation Z to supply this booklet to anyone inquiring about an Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM). This booklet explains to consumers the basic information/features of ARMS. English and Spanish versions are available.

    What You Should Know about Home Equity Lines of Credit Booklet
    Lenders are required by the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) to use this pamphlet to inform consumers with basic information about features of home equity loans and what to look for when shopping for credit. It is generally given at application, along with the required disclosures. English and Spanish versions are available.

    Lead Paint Booklet
    The Lead Paint Notification is given to buyers of homes built before 1978. This disclosure is required on all loan types effective December 5, 1996 for owners 1-4 Family Dwellings. For owners of more than 4 Family Dwellings, it is required September 5, 1996. English and Spanish versions are available.

    Compliance Notification Services

    When you contract for the Compliance Notification Service, your document(s) are entered into a database contained in our system and linked to a Wolters Kluwer standard document. You are notified if there is a compliance or market change that is being made to our standard product so that you can evaluate the affect on your customized document. The notification contains detailed information about the changes and when available, a PDF of the standard document. When you have reviewed the information, for an additional fee you can work with our team to implement that change in a way that best meets your business needs.

    Document Management Services

    Managing your compliance documents across business lines, products, and jurisdictions doesn’t need to be a challenge. We’ll work with you to create modified standard and custom documents specific to your institution’s compliance and business requirements. Our experienced and skilled compliance consultants will assist you in managing your documents for consistency, versioning, and compliance monitoring to avoid obsolete or inconsistent documents.
